You could join the Guided Walking Tour of Historic Cape Town that leaves from the doorstep (as do many other tours) or simply explore the city by foot enjoying the complex integration of Historic National Monuments, Art Galleries, Museums and contemporary African retail and entertainment.



This 100sqm 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a large open plan living area with generous volume. The bronze bay windows stretch up 3,5 meters from the floor inviting you to step into the view and the city. From this 7th floor apartment you will look over Parliament at Table Mountain on one side and the City Hall clock tower across to the Helderberg Mountains on the other.

Kitchen and dining are part of the living area with an 8-seater table and chairs. The main bedroom (simmons queen bed) and en suite are on the living level and also have original parquet floors.

The bedroom is situated on the corner of the building and has a spectacular view over the City Hall (and gets fantastic morning sun) and up towards
Table Mountain.

The second bedroom (double bed) is on the carpeted loft level. There is a mobile screen that can be used to create privacy from the living area if necessary.

Cancellation Policy:

The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your reservation:
   Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit (i.e. 5% of the total cost)    to cover bank charges.
   Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 50% (i.e. 25% of the total cost) of the deposit.
   Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).

The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date:
   Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee.
   Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost).
   Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).

Minimum stay policy
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year and 5 nights during peak season; stays shorter than this will be billed for the minimum stay period unless agreed by written quotation.
   If a stay of less than three nights is agreed at no additional cost, a housekeeping fee of R205.00 will be levied.
