The King's Place is a small holding set on 8 acres of prime agricultural land in the lush seaside valley of Hout Bay, Cape Town. We are surrounded by magnificent gardens with views of the back of Table Mountain and the Constantiaberg.
The beach is a 5 minute drive away.
The property has beautiful equestrian facilities where stables are fit for a King. We stable up to 12 horses.
There is a beautiful 11m pool and for the energetic, a tennis court.
"Valley House" is our self-catering holiday home situated on the upper slope of our property. It is a luxurious country experience enhanced by carefully selected furnishings and fabrics. |

All accommodation at The King’s Place is
self-catering.
We provide linen and both swimming and bath towels which are changes weekly.
We also provide tennis rackets and balls.
All accommodation is serviced daily during the peak seasons and weekly for the rest of the year unless otherwise discussed.
The property is secured with off street parking, remote controlled gates and an alarm system.
Prices are seasonal, ranging from
R200 - R450 pp per night.

The King’s Cottage has 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed, top quality linens, and en-suite bathroom (shower, basin and toilet).
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary essentials, tastefully displayed in an open plan wood and granite finish.
The lounge has a TV and direct access to the outdoor terrace.
There is a beautiful pool and tennis court.
