Booking requirements and cancellation policy
Provisional enquiries are valid for 24 hours during peak season.
A minimum of 2 nights stay is required during peak season.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
Balance of accommodation is due on arrival.
Deposit via credit card - all major cards welcome.
Deposit via bank transfer - bank details supplied on request.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days of arrival. 50% of total amount charged.
Cancellation 15 -30 days of arrival. 25% of total amount charged.
Waiver of cancellation charges are at the discretion of the owner.
