TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
	Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates will be confirmed upon reservation.
	Rates are per person sharing per night and include our delicious home-cooked breakfast.
	Single supplement of R200 per night per room.
	A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking to secure reservation. Full payment is required on date of arrival.
	Preferred means of payment are via internet banking or sending of your credit card details via our secure booking system so that payment can be manually deducted. We accept either VISA or MasterCard. Swift and electronic payments made directly into our bank account must be made free of bank charges.
	We will confirm all bookings by e-mail, fax or post after receiving the deposit.
	Bookings cancelled 30 - 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total value of the booking.
	Bookings cancelled 14 – 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the total value of the booking.
	Bookings cancelled 0-7 days prior to arrival / no-shows / premature departures will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking.
	It is expected that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any circumstances that will prevent them from fulfilling their obligations.

	The proprietors are not responsible for loss or damage to property of, or injury to any guest, member of their family, visitor or any person whatsoever on the premises, arising from fire, theft or otherwise by whatsoever cause, or arising from negligence or wrongful act of the owners or any staff in the employ of the establishment.
