The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is spacious and includes satellite TV, log fireplace and comfortable seating for 8. The dining area (with seating for 8) leads onto the swimming pool and patio area for entertaining with braai (barbecue) facilities. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including gas and electric cooking facilities, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided. There is a utility room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Stairs lead up to the loft area with two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin) The master bedroom has a queen size bed with french doors that open onto a private balcony with stunning views of Hout Bay and Chapman's Peak. The second bedroom has two single beds with views of the surrounding mountains.


The accommodation has secure access with remote entry into the integral garage with parking for one car and additional parking space for two to three cars outside. The accommodation offers the following:
