Set against the spectacular views of Table Mountain and Hout Bay Valley, we offer guests a double story timber cottage in secure and tranquil surroundings. It may be let as 1 or 2 units, each having its own separate entrance, or as 1 unit, with an interconnecting door leading through to the stairs and top suite.






Each apartment comprises of a double bedroom with queen size bed and a comfortable pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge, an en-suite bathroom and shower, spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The lounge leads through sliding doors on to a large covered balcony complete with table and chairs, over looking a panoramic view. Ideal for sundowners and watch the magnificent sunset.
Large swimming pool and indigenous garden, umbrella and sun loungers.
The timber cottage is north facing and enjoys plenty of sunshine.


Double bedroom with queen size bed, and en suite bathroom with shower. 1 comfortable double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate an additional 1 adult or 2 teenagers.
Bed linen, bath towels and blankets supplied.
Fully fitted open plan kitchen and breakfast bar, including washing machine, small oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, coffee percolator, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Large swimming pool and indigenous garden, umbrella and covered sun loungers.
Braaing (barbeque) facilities with outdoor furniture.
Ceiling fans in all rooms. Both units have Air Conditioning.
Lounge has Satellite T.V./ DVD / Mnet, CD player and radio.
Secure parking bays for 2 cars.

The property is fully alarmed plus individual alarm system for each apartment.

Hout Bay is beautiful, picturesque, green, scenic and centrally situated. It is an ideal base for exploring the
beautiful Cape.
Hout Bay village is conveniently located with shops, restaurants, sandy beach, working fishing harbour, craft market, lovely picnic spots, Kirstenbosch botanical gardens with their sunset open air concerts.
For the more energetic, there are walks on Constantiaberg or Table Mountain, horse riding, mountain hiking, sea kayaking, surfing and fishing.
Other attractions locally include sunset cruises to Seal Island, The World of Birds, Bonsai Farm and famous Chapmans Peak.
The Hout Bay Tourism Board, located 3 mins drive away, will be able to equip you with all the information you require. However, your hosts Alan and Beryl will be able to give you advice on attractions in the area.
