This home has a spectacular sea view and is within easy walking distance of the beach, 2 tidal pools, shops, galleries, restaurants and commuter trains. Lovely walks along the beach and hikes up the mountains above St James and Kalk Bay. Very secure with off-street parking for one car. Two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 singles - and a bathroom (with shower and underfloor heating), fully equipped kitchenette and lounge/dining room. There is a second private bathroom (with bath) upstairs. Patio overlooking the sea and a private, sunny courtyard. |
