CHIC BOOKING TERMS:

	All bookings must be guaranteed with prepayments, a valid credit card or voucher if the company has an account with the hotel, within 7 days of booking received.

	All bookings made within 7 days from the arrival date need to be confirmed by prepayment and in writing within 48 hours of booking received.

CHIC CANCELLATION POLICY:
	In the event of individual booking being cancelled and the prepayment or deposit has been paid to Urban Chic Hotel, a 10% deposit is non-refundable.
	In the event of individual booking being cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation will be levied.
	Individual reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the expected day of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
	In the event of a no show, will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
