The Pisa This unit is good for couples; or a couple with a small child. The unit includes its own bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette and patio which looks out onto the garden. You’ll love the lush garden and pool area.

The Flat This unit works well for families, as the common lounge area can be converted into a second bedroom for children. The Flat has a separate private patio, bathroom, kitchen, parking bay and entrance.

The Lanvender room This suite is a beautiful, light bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom located in the main house of Valley Heights Guest House. The beds are comfortable and can either be 2 twin beds or 1 King Size bed, depending on the guest's needs. There is a coffee and tea station available in the room.

The Cottage This separate building is situated next to the pool away from the main house and offers a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, a small bedroom (ideal for 1 Adult/Child) and a large modern lounge with sleeper couch. It has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. It also offers a gas hob, gas fireplace, a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen. The private patio has a built-in braai facility.

Please note: We offer breakfast vouchers at the Bootlegger Restaurant which is less than 1 km away from the Guest House.
They open for Breakfast as from 06.30 am in the mornings from Monday to Friday and from 07.30 am on Saturdays and Sundays.

Directions to accommodation from Cape Town Airport: Valley Heights Guest House > Co - Ordinates : Latitude: 33°59'40.49"S Longitude: 18°27'51.21"E 1. Take the Settlers Way (N2) highway to Cape Town. 2. After about 12 km take the Muizenberg (M3) off-ramp on the left. 3. Continue for approximately another 5 km passing the University of Cape Town on the right until you reach a Shell Garage on the left called Paradise Motors. 4. Take the next exit - indicated by the road sign M 33 – Paradise Road. Proceed along this road to the traffic roundabout (circle). 5. At the roundabout, take the M152 to Kenilworth and proceed for ± 1.3 km along Newlands Road. 6. At the top of Newlands Road, take the left-hand fork (Wynberg direction marker) into Tennant Road. 7. The first road to the left in Tennant Road is Oak Avenue. 8. Proceed to No. 36 Oak Avenue (Valley Heights). It has a green hedge and a Guest House/B & B sign on the corner. It is situated on the corner of Oak Ave. and Valley Rd. 9. Ring the bell at the pedestrian entrance gate and we will open the vehicle entry security gates for you to enter the property.
