Built on a larger than normal plot on the golf course, this cilla has the added advantage of a large secure garden, perfect for the kids (and adults alike) to kick a ball or practise their cricket skills when not in the pool.

| As you enter the villa from the driveway, there is a small courtyard area leading to the front door. Once in the villa you have a cloakroom immediately opposite you and a few steps to a marvellous large open-plan Kitchen and Dining area (both or which look and step directly out the fabulous sunny swimming pool terrace). The Kitchen and separate Scullery area is fully equipped as you would expect from a villa of this size and standard and also includes a less formal granite topped Breakfast Bar area for snacks and drinks as well as all the mod-cons including a very large American style refrigerator and freezer. The Dining area incorporates a substantial large wooden table and chairs, seating for 8 people very comfortably – what better place to sit after a fabulous meal and contemplate life with a good bottle of wine and friends whilst watching the kids splash around in the heated swimming pool. |

| Walking through the Villa up a few more steps to the first of two Entertainment areas. This Entertainments room has two very comfortable large leather couches + chairs and has all three important elements to keep Kids (and Grown-ups alike) entertained and out of the sun, namely a DVD player, CD system and Satellite TV, perfect to watch the latest DVD you’ve brought along with you, or even catch a bit of sport on the TV! This room has the added advantage of large patio doors out to the veranda including views across the garden and swimming pool. The Veranda includes seating and also has a built in gas braai (BBQ), perfect for the long summer evenings watching the kids play either in the garden or pool. Moving up through the villa is the more formal of Entertainment areas, a large extremely comfortable lounge with a stunning chandelier and stunning views directly across the golf course’s 9th Tee directly to Table Mountain. This is a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the villa and with its open fireplace is perfect to sit, relax and see out an end to the day. |

The Master bedroom is a suite on its own and has a separate staircase leading to a fabulous and very spacious en-suite with stone bath, double shower and twin sink units. Across the landing is the Master double bedroom with a huge dressing area complete with TV.

Down the stairs and across the other side of the Villa is where you will find a second staircase leading to two double bedrooms (1 x double and 1 x twin bedroom) both with plenty of cupboard storage. These two bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom that includes a bath and shower unit within the bath. There are two more single bedrooms located in the villa with single beds and again plenty of cupboard space, not to mention the fact that both have lockable doors out to the large garden and pool area.
The heated swimming pool, veranda and sun terrace have been cleverly designed as to point away from the sometimes strong Cape winds. Pointing North, means this area is perfect for all day round sun shine and with tables and chairs + sun loungers around the pool, there’s no excuse for not coming home with some kind of sun tan! For those of you who prefer the shade, the Veranda offers you this whilst still being part of the general outside entertainments area.
With more than 8 beautifully white sandy beaches no more than 3 minutes away in the car (or 15 minute walk), this Villa offer families and friends alike not only a fabulous Golfing retreat, but also an all round holiday resort.
