This luxurious property was
designed by a famous architect
and includes beautiful
Mediterranean features like
columns, recesses, arches and
wall frescoes. There is a
working fireplace for chilly
winter nights.

Fresh white linen adorns wrought iron beds and French doors lead from all rooms to patios with sea vistas. Find complete tranquility in the extremely private pool area; swim in a temperature controlled, sparkling heated pool or enjoy breath-taking sunsets on the spectacular curved balcony over-looking the bay. At night you can relax to the sound of the waves from your rooms in this magnificent house. The 4 bedrooms can easily accommodate 8 guests; the master bedroom has a King size bed, another bedroom has a Queen size bed and the other two have a Double size bed each.
There are 3.5 bathrooms and 3 TV sets with satellite DSTV reception, a BBQ and a secure garage for two cars. From the well appointed kitchen you can gaze at the shimmering waters of the bay and maybe even spot dolphins catching a wave or hear the soft breath of a southern right whale. This holiday home is secure with an electronic alarm system, monitored 24/7 and it is serviced daily by well trained staff, who are available to assist with any requests.

The villa is at the foot of the spectacular and famous "Chapmans Peak Drive", and is close to the Constantia vineyards. It is about 25 minutes drive from central Cape Town.

Oct 1 thru April 30 = 3,600 Rands per day, based on a stay of 7 days.

Dec 15 thru Jan 15 = 4,500 Rands per day, based on a stay of 14 days.


Prices include: All utilities (except telephone), taxes, daily maid service M-F, use of a boy with a scooter for grocery shopping,
a free transfer from the airport to the villa.

Cots for infants, baby sitters, drivers and chefs are optional and available at a reasonable cost.

Minimum stay = 5 days; price will be higher for a 5 day stay. From Dec 15 thru Jan 15, the min stay is 14 days.
Prices will be discounted for longer stays.

Sorry no pets are allowed and there is no smoking indoors.
