Your hosts Stephen and Marie warmly welcome guests to their contemporary Cape Dutch style home in the heart of the wine lands. Rooms have private entrances and include TV with M-net, fridge and tea tray. Stephen will gladly assist in the planning of day trips.
The name emanates from “villa” that refers to “home from home” and Marie's maiden surname, “ Van der Merwe”. Villa Merwe mostly welcome guests from abroad, but quite a number of our guests are local distinguished business people who have a longstanding association with us.
Villa Merwe is situated opposite the Stellenbosch golf course and has a beautiful view of the Stellenbosch mountain.

Cancellation Policy
The general rule for cancellations prior to arrival is:
• Less than 7 days, forfeit 100% of the deposit
• From 8 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
• From 15 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
• From 22 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required in order to confirm the booking. Children
Children older than 12 years are welcome.
