The Villa Rosa is a beautiful Victorian mansion at the foot of Lion’s Head, which has been owned by the same family for 13 years, and has a reputation of good, friendly service and very special breakfasts.
We are very conveniently situated in upper Sea Point, close to transport, shops, restaurants, swimming pools, gym, golf course, beaches and lots more!
All rooms are individually and interestingly decorated, and have TV’s, telephones, ceiling fans, mini-safes and en-suite bathrooms.
There is safe parking, and we have a lovely family suite as well as a self-catering flatlet within the guesthouse.
