You will find this 1920 beautifully renovated Cape home on the slopes of Table Mountain in the heart of the City Bowl. The house is situated in a quiet one-way-street 4 minutes walking distance to the Gardens Shopping Centre. A 10-minute drive takes you to the V&A Waterfront or to Camps Bay beach.
The house sleeps 4 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (main bedroom with queen size bed), of which one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second spacious bathroom serves the other 2 bedrooms and is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.
All main rooms and the hallway have original Oregon-pine floors. The kitchen flows into the dining room which leads through a double sliding door onto the covered back terrace with a build-in BBQ in a quiet garden setting.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable couch, satellite home entertainment system and a sitting area with a fireplace, dividable by an oregon pine double folding door.
