44 Cayman Beach comprises of two stunning self-contained, duplex apartments with views across the Helderberg Mountains and is a stone throw from the beach. The apartments are large and airy, and are styled with contemporary furnishings and fittings for comfort and relaxation - perfect for a beachside holiday. The apartments are next to each other, and can be rented separately or together.

 

Apartment A

Sleeps two people in a large upstairs bedroom, and is suited to a romantic couple or single person. Glass sliding doors open onto an outdoor patio area ideal for sun worshippers.
The ultra-modern, large glassed shower room also has a toilet and basin.
Downstairs the open plan living area offers all modern conveniences with a kitchen, breakfast counter, dining and lounge area, opening onto an intimate patio area. There is also a downstairs guest toilet.

 

Apartment B

Sleeps four people, and is suited for a family with 2 children or couples travelling together. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen-size bed and the other with twin beds. Glass sliding doors open onto a small outdoor patio area.
There is a family bathroom with separate shower and bath, wash basin and toilet, and a second shower room with toilet and washbasin.
Downstairs the open plan living area offers all modern conveniences with a kitchen, breakfast counter, dining and lounge area, opening onto a relaxing outdoor patio area. A rear garden provides a BBQ area.
