On the ground level, there is a separate guest toilet and a spacious office with wireless ADSL internet access, as well as a TV lounge with wall-mounted plasma TV screen and satellite channels, leading onto the pool area and garden.

The covered patio with large outdoor table provides plenty of opportunity to entertain, sheltered from the Cape summer wind.

Surrounded by nature and mountains, Kommetjie is a delightful rural village on the Atlantic seaboard with the most spectacular beach with classic views over the Noordhoek and Hout Bay mountains. Kommetjie is conveniently close to Cape Town and is an excellent choice to base yourself to explore Cape Town and surrounds, with a selection of interesting neigbouring heritage and fishermen villages and ample of activities nearby, wonderful sight seeing, nature reserves, beautiful white beaches, exquisite coastal scenery and close to some of Cape Town's major tourist attractions. Kommetjie always has a peaceful atmosphere even in peak holiday season.

A large shopping mall with all amenities including affordable cinema is ten minutes away and Kommetjie is fortunate to have some excellent restaurants in its direct vicinity.
