Central Private Secure flat with pool, garden and parking
Helen and Richard welcome you to Etafileni Studio Flat, an open plan self-catering fully furnished studio flat for a maximum of 2 people sharing. It nestles at the foot of Table Mountain in the City Bowl of Cape Town: a home away from home ideal for business and leisure. The privacy of the flat makes us suitable accommodation for frontline workers, and those in quarantine or isolation. The flat is 22 m² (240 Ft ²). We do not allow pets or smoking in the flatlet. The flat is not suitable for children, however, we can make exceptions for very young babies and a single older child. (Please contact us for more details).
The rates shown are for the flatlet (not per person) and vary seasonally. We have lowered our daily rate in lieu of our once-per-booking cleaning fee. This leads to an incremental discount for each extra day you stay.
We are conveniently and centrally located close to MyCiti public transport (200m), Cape Town City Centre (4 km), the V&A Waterfront (7 km), Camps Bay and Clifton beaches (10 km), the Cape Town International Convention Centre (5 km), University of Cape Town (UCT) (10 km) and Cape Town International airport (15 km). (Being located in the City Centre tends to reduce traffic delays – one is mostly travelling against the traffic)
From our property, we have views of Table Mountain, Lions Head, Devils Peak, the City Bowl and the Harbour. We offer 50 Mbps fibre internet access and access to business facilities including a colour printer. The flat has a comfortable and private garden with plant and birdlife, a beautiful swinging chair, a view of Table Mountain and a barbecue. The entrance to the flat is private. Guests are invited to share our swimming pool (by agreement). The swimming pool is solar heated.

Since we are in a residential area, we would appreciate it if you would respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Visitors are welcome but no additional guests may spend the night. This is a non smoking flat. If you are a smoker, please ask us about the arrangements for smoking on our property. We may be able to accommodate a check-in after 10pm. If you know that you will arrive after 10pm, please confirm whether we can accommodate this before booking. Late check-ins incur an additional R200 late check-in fee.
