Malgas Villa is fully equipped; for 6 people; with all the necessary luxuries including a dishwasher, a washing machine and full bouquet DSTV, DVD player and quality linen and towels. A single garage is available to guests plus extra parking on the property
The house has 3 bedrooms; main en-suite with a double bed, 2nd bedroom with a double bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. Two bedrooms share a bathroom. The house has a large open plan living and dining area walking into a built in braai room. This house is rented out on a self-catering basis.
1 December - 15 January: R1300.00 per night.
March and April: R1000.00 per night
The rest of the year: R950.00 per night
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 plus a cleaning fee of R500.00 is payable All cash deposits will incur bank charges of R20.00 per R1000.00 EFT transfers will incur no additional costs
Long weekends: 1 December - 31 January: Any other time of the year:

50% deposit required 5 days after booking; this is to confirm a reservation.
The full settlement plus the refundable breakage deposit and the cleaning fee to be paid into our bank account 7 days before occupation No smoking is allowed in Malgas Villa at any time No cleaning of fish on the property No pets allowed Bring your own beach towels The cleaning of dishes is not covered by the cleaning fee. No mess will be tolerated and will incur additional cleaning charges. Arrival time is between 14:00h and 19:00h and departure time is 10:00h No parties or functions will be allowed on the property.
