Pearly beach has one of the longest undisturbed sandy beaches in the Western Cape. With rocks and pools scattered all along the beautiful whale coast, it is the perfect place for a family vacation. Situated in the Walker bay nature reserve area, this little sleepy village is in the heart of the fynbos kingdom and offers the best of nature and relaxation. Southern right whales spend their winters here caring for their young in the shallow waters of Pearly Beach.
The African penguin, humpback dolphin, bottlenose dolphin, Great white shark, Cape fur Seal and the endangered Oyster catcher are all residents of nearby Dyer Island. Fishing on the beach or from a boat is the best in the Cape and we are on the door step of shark cage diving nearby Klein baai.
Other activities in the vicinity include: wine tastings, art route in Baardskeerdersbos, paintball, pony rides, four wheeler adventures, shark cage diving and whale watching.
