Furnished to a very high standard, this new double storey property on a security estate commands spectacular views across the valley, mountains, Chapman’s Peak Drive and the bay. It has the best views of all the properties on this estate because we are number 1 and nearest the bay – which is why we have called it Pride of Place!
Rates range from R1,500 to R5,500 per day depending on the season, number of guests and the length of stay. Minimum 4 nights
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking
50% balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.
No smoking, no children under 14, no pets.
Long-term rentals negotiable.
With one queen-sized bed and two doubles, the contemporary bedrooms (all with balconies) have sumptuous carpets, curtains & linens and have amazing views from each bedroom. You won’t want to leave your bed in the morning! The two largest bedrooms can interconnect if desired to create a huge space.
Two en suites and a third bathroom (all recently upgraded) are a few notches above the usual standard found in holiday accommodation – oversized showers, big tubs and modern fittings.
Good quality TV and DVD player ensure you have entertainment when you’re in the house. Great hi-fi with connection for your mp3 player – just bring your i-pod and fill the house with music.
The house has excellent security for peace of mind with remote entry to the complex, then remote entry into your integral 2-car garage. Also space for 3 or 4 cars outside.
Very large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with three sliding patio doors for easy outside access to built-in braai.
