Seventeen on Study is a luxurious self catering apartment, well equipped to cater for the needs of both business and leisure travellers. We are located in the leafy suburb of Flamingo Vlei, a mere 450m from a small shopping centre, which includes a Pub, Café, Supermarket and ATM. Views of both the Durbanville hills as well as Table Mountain can be seen from the apartment, which is the ideal base for a family or group of friends to explore the Cape.

With just a 5 minutes walk to the Rietvlei Nature Reserve, you can enjoy the abundance of bird life the area also has to offer. A 5 minute drive will take you to the world famous beach of Blouberg, where you can take your famous picture of Table Mountain and Robben Island.

50% Deposit payable to secure booking
Balance payable 14 days prior to arrival
Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival will require full payment in order to secure booking.

In the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date a full refund will be paid into your account. Cancellations made 2 weeks in advance will forfeit the deposit, unless alternative booking is secured. If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to confirmed arrival date, the full booking fee will be forfeited, unless an alternative booking is secured.
Breakage and remote control deposit is R500 and is refundable after inventory check
