What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R1000 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

The Homestead at Hazendal

Our Cape Dutch Homestead was originally built in 1790 and has been sensitively restored and converted into elegant Winelands accommodation featuring period furniture, striking art pieces, and luxurious interior decor. The exclusive-use guesthouse boasts five bedrooms accommodating 10 guests and offers an intimate and luxurious home-from-home (check on map) experience in the Cape Winelands.

The Homestead boasts five bedrooms, all with spacious en-suite bathrooms, located over two floors. Rooms on the ground floor have four-poster king-size beds, while top-floor rooms have queen-size beds. While every care has been taken to celebrate this historic building’s past, no detail was spared in creating the most comfortable and luxurious stay for our guests.

Please note: The Homestead can only be booked as a single unit.
