Discounted rates are available for weekly and monthly rentals. A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. Rates are subject to confirmation and availability and may change without prior notice. Rates include VAT, but exclude telephone charges & servicing of the apartment. The apartment caters for a maximum 4 people. 7 days minimum stay during peak season. Airport transfer and/or car hire can be arranged on request. Cancellation Policy The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel yourreservation: Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit (i.e. 5% of the total cost) to cover bank charges. Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 50% (i.e. 25% of the total cost) of the deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost). The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date: Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee. Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost). Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost). Minimum Stay We have a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year and 5 nights during peak season; stays shorter than this will be billed for the minimum stay period unless agreed by written quotation. If a stay of less than three nights is agreed no additional cost, a housekeeping fee will be levied.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
	Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.
	Adenium reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.
	The owners and management of Adenium cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment.
	Booking confirmation & payment: a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance of payment is due on check-in.
	Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00. In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the apartment is available. Please advise us if you require early check-in or late check out.
	Cancellations: please be advised that cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival on the day will forfeit the full deposit paid.
	Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on check-in.
