Booking accommodation and making a Booking Enquiry on Cape Stay

Instant Booking:
On Cape Stay you can make an immediate online booking for our properties that are linked to Nightsbridge. You can identify these properties by the orange “Book Online” tag on the listings thumbnail. To make an online booking simply navigate to the Listing’s page and use the coloured section to check availability and make a booking. Payments can be made immediately and all bookings are facilitated by the Nightsbridge booking engine. Most major credit cards are excepted.  

As stated above, Cape Stay utilises the services of Nightsbridge to fulfil its online bookings. We have partnered with Nightsbridge for over 10 years and we continue to list as many of their properties as we can.

You can make a reservation by searching for available properties on Cape Stay that have the orange label “Booking Online”. These listings all have the options to view the available dates, rates and make an instant booking.

The policy for refunds and cancellations will vary depending on the property and the type of reservation. It is best to check the property’s cancellation policy before making a reservation or contact the Hosts directly. Cancellations can be processed by either Cape Stay or the host.

Yes, Nightsbridge uses secure encryption technology to protect your personal information and payment details.

Yes, you can view the availability calendar, photos, descriptions, and rates before making a reservation.

You will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation once it has been successfully processed.

Depending on the property’s cancellation policy, you may be able to modify or cancel your reservation. It is best to check the property’s cancellation policy before making a reservation or contact Nightsbridge customer support for assistance. Nightbridge is also able to cancel any bookings and refund you within a certain period of cancellation.

You can communicate with the property owner or manager by using the contact information provided or  through the Nightsbridge Help Desk or else using the contact information provided in your confirmation email.

The check-in and check-out process will vary depending on the property. You will receive information about the check-in and check-out process, including any necessary codes or key collection information, in your confirmation email.

Some properties may have additional fees or taxes that are not included in the booking fee, such as tourist taxes or cleaning fees. These fees will be clearly stated on the property’s page and in your confirmation email.

You will receive all necessary information for your stay, including directions and key collection information, in your confirmation email.

If you have a problem during your stay, you should contact the property owner or manager or Nightsbridge customer support for assistance.
