Tasteful separate facebrick freestanding dwellings with tiled floors throughout and on fully walled and gated level grounds. Each private and secure from the other with facilities, i.e. entrance, gardens, braai's (BBQ's), lock up parking, for the exclusive use of each unit.
Both fully equipped with TV (SA Channels), Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, all kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, etc and including linen, towels and ironing board.
Serviced at pre-determined intervals by our established and loyal staff.
Pets most welcome by prior arrangement.

As a 4th Bedroom, there is a spacious 2nd lounge separated by curtained sliding doors. There is a secluded recess containing double bunk beds, curtained off for privacy as well as a large double sleeper couch. It has a fireplace and large sliding doors opening onto the large back garden, private parking, shaded braai area and sandpit/swings for the kids. This room is also suitable for storing sporting equipment , viz Kitesurfs, surfboads, etc.
The lounge is tastefully furnished with a large Colour TV and open plan dining/kitchen area.

The lounge, dining and kitchen area are open-plan with sliding doors leading onto a patio with braai and small outdoor area. It is tastefully furnished and includes a double sleeper couch.
There is a small Colour TV and portable standing fan. Maximum 4 persons including children
A one room studio, situated at the end wing of the House, set privately off its own small garden with braai where you enter through a sliding door and slamlock security gate. Ideal for singles/doubles who need "get up and go" accommodation and has:
2 x Custom made single beds convertible in a jiffy to a comfortable double bed
Ensuite Bathroom with shower.
While it is equipped with a small colour TV, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, cutlery, crockery and glassware, there are no other cooking facilities.
