The Blouberg Beach Cottage offers visitors to Cape Town, who prefer not to stay in hotels, the privacy even honeymoon couples cherish.

The freedom of not having to cross busy roads to get to the beach and the magnificent view of Table Mountain from the lounge is what has made the Blouberg Beach Cottage famous.  Situated in the heart of old Bloubergstrand village the cottage is offered at very reasonable rates to people on business or pleasure.  The cottage can accommodate four people in two comfortable bedrooms.





The cottage is designed and *fully equipped with everything one needs for carefree living. For your convenience we have installed a dishwasher, washing machine, water purifier, micro wave, satellite TV and a barbecue in the cosy courtyard.

Two superb up market restaurants, a bistro Cafe and the local pub with a sun drenched deck are all within walking distance of the cottage. Breakfast is served at all these establishments.

*Pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, linen, bath & beach towels, etc.

Bloubergstrand, famous for its view of Table Mountain, white beaches and natural rock pools, is centrally situated, near the airport, Cape Town Waterfront, Grand West Casino, Canal Walk Shopping Centre, Ratanga Amusement Park and the two links golf courses, Atlantic Beach & Milnerton Golf Estates..

Cape Stay 2010/2011 RATES PER NIGHT FOR THE COTTAGE
HIGH SEASON 18 December to 04 January R2000.00
MID SEASON 05 January to 17 December R800.00
Daily cleaning service is an optional extra on request @ R50.00 per cleaning.
Once weekly cleaning service is included for stays of 10 days or longer.

We have a minimum stay of three nights.
Check-in is after 14h30 & check-out is before 10h00

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 50% deposit secures the cottage. The balance to be paid after a satisfactory inspection on arrival. A 25% fee will be levied on the total amount for bank & agent's fees on cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. Deposits are forfeited on cancellations after this date.
