Broadacres is within walking distance of Meadowridge park and shop and is very close to a number of fine restaurants and well known wine farms. It borders on Tokai forest which is an ideal venue for walks or cycles.

The beach at Muizenberg is a 15 min drive and the scenic harbour at Kalk bay a further 5 mins away. 25 mins will get you into town or the V&A waterfront and your airport commute should last about 30 mins traffic permitting.

Golf, equestrian activities, all manner of maritime pursuits, walks or cycles are all easily accessed and arranged from Broadacres so there is no real excuse to swan by the pool enjoying the view and absorbing the suns rays but then again… do you need one?


Our private garden cottage consists of three double bedrooms each with its own bathroom en suite, a lounge/dining area and a small but well equipped kitchen. We offer accessible and secure remote controlled off street parking, access to a large swimming pool and a pretty garden, porch and barbecue area.

The cottage boasts three DSTV sets and our guests have access to uncapped wireless internet and percale linen on the beds.

The position of the cottage is in rural Constantia Hills and the views surrounding us are lovely.

There is a swing, a jungle gym, a sunken trampoline and a huge lawn for the kids to enjoy.Be advised that the swimming pool does not have a fence surrounding it.

You will be able to walk or cycle from our doorstep into the well known Tokai forest or into the Constantiaberg mountains or drive further afield to the myriad of offerings that our peninsula has placed at your disposal.

We (Nick and Marcelle) will respect your privacy but will be available to assist if needed.

Broadacres rental starts at ZAR 2000 per night for the cottage depending on the season, the amount of guests and length of the rental

The cottage is situated in COLYN ROAD which leads off SOETVLEI ROAD which in turn leads off FIRGROVE WAY in Constantia Hills. Please note the gate is the SECOND GATE on the right hand side, look for a boat in the driveway.
