Broadacres offers two distinct and separate accommodation options:

Option 1 The main house offers secure and private accommodation for up to 9 people in four double bedrooms (sharing) and one single bedroom. The house contains three full bathrooms as well as a guest loo, one of these en suite. The living areas are spacious and include two dining options (inside) a large well equipped kitchen/living room area and a games room containing a ¾ size billiard table, a dart board, a large screen TV (PVR and DSTV) and a ping pong table. There is a laundry, an outdoor barbecue area, a swimming pool, a full size sunken trampoline, a jungle gym, a volleyball court and a large user friendly lawn suitable for most ballgames. There are two fireplaces, one gas and one coal/wood burning and lots of wood from trees felled nearby is available. The house is serviced and cleaned by Aggie our domestic worker and the garden is maintained by Jan our gardener. Laundry is not included but can be arranged for a small fee.
The main house is usually available during school holidays and the rate is R4500 per day negotiable. Wireless ADSL is also available 24/7.

Option 2 the Garden cottage is a private well appointed and tastefully decorated cottage that consists of three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with a bath, one a shower and one with both) a small but equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. It boasts three TV sets, (dstv select) an outdoor covered patio, leafy surrounds and wonderful views. The cottage is available for rent all year round and rooms may be let on an individual basis.
The rates will vary from R250 pppd to R400 pppd depending on the season and length of tenure. The rooms are serviced and there is a washing machine available in the kitchen.
Both options offer copious secure off street parking behind a remote controlled gate in a tranquil, rural and scenic area of Constantia Hills.
Broadacres is within walking distance of Meadowridge park and shop and is very close to a number of fine restaurants and well known wine farms. It borders on Tokai forest which is an ideal venue for walks or cycles.
The beach at Muizenberg is a 15 min drive and the scenic harbour at Kalk bay a further 5 mins away. 25 mins will get you into town or the V&A waterfront and your airport commute should last about 30 mins traffic permitting.
Golf, equestrian activities, all manner of maritime pursuits, walks or cycles are all easily accessed and arranged from Broadacres so there is no real excuse to swan by the pool enjoying the view and absorbing the suns rays but then again… do you need one?
