Brookhill Villa is a gracious home, well established with great attention to detail and an
abundance of space and charm.
The 8 bedrooms – 6 of which are en-suite - are cool, classic and comfortable, with delightful views of mountains and vineyards. 5 bedrooms in the main sleeping area all have en-suite bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet. 2 bedrooms are served by a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, which is en suite with bath, basin and toilet. Downstairs there are two guest toilets, one serving the
area around the bar and the other by the kitchen.
The living areas of Brookhill Villa offer elegant and superior furnishings, in keeping with the colonial theme of the accommodation. The formal lounge with carpeting on wooden floorboards and antique furniture offers views of the pool and garden. The formal dining room is elegant and can comfortably seat 16 guests. The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto a shaded courtyard, ideal for breakfast in the warmth of the African sunshine.
There is an African Bar leading off the dining area of the villa, which offers the perfect retreat for a quiet read. The African Bar leads out onto a covered poolside terrace equipped with a gas barbeque and pizza oven and lots of comfortable outdoor furniture. The sunny swimming pool has an optional pool net and offers ample sun loungers – a private sanctuary to soak up the Cape Town sunshine.
Brookhill Villa is fully staffed. There is a daily housekeeping and laundry service, WiFi internet access and
office facilities including a computer, printer, scanner and fax. |
     
     
Within 2 minutes drive of Brookhill Villa, you will find Constantia Uitsig, Buitenverwachting and Klein Constantia wine farms. There are excellent restaurants in the vicinity and beautiful beaches within 15 minutes drive.
Constantia Village is your closest shopping mall (5 minutes drive from Brookhill). Constantia Village is home to art galleries, chic fashion boutiques, jewellers, lifestyle and interior décor shops, fresh food halls, music and book centres, beauty salons, banks, travel agencies and foreign exchange services - as well as a row of cosmopolitan restaurants and coffee shops. |
