Sundowners can be enjoyed from here, either in front of a crackling fire in the decidedly mild Cape Town winters, or with the sliding doors wide open to catch the smell of fresh salty air. | The two downstairs bedrooms lead directly out into the pool area. These bedrooms each have a queen size bed which is fitted with crisp white linen. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, both with twin beds, so in total the house sleeps 8. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom which is stocked with copious amounts of fluffy white towels. |

| Entertainment possibilities are endless, with a huge outside BBQ area and a dining room seating 8. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped for the gourmet cook with all the mod-con gadgets, including a wine-chiller and separate scullery. |

| The villa has a full time housekeeper who can cook on arrangement, as well as a personal assistant - who can provide local information, facilitate tours, make bookings or provide catering - on call. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with complimentary drinks and canapés and a brief consultation to discuss any further requirements, before being left to settle in. |

| Cape Crystal is located within a 2 minute drive to the Camps Bay beach strip and 10 minutes from Cape Town CBD. Mountain trails are within walking distance and picnic spots abound within a 30 km range. The celebrated Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is a mere 15 minute drive away and the Table Mountain Cableway is 5 minutes up the hill on the way to the city. The Cape winelands are easily accessible and driving around the Cape Peninsula to take in the beautiful villages of Hout Bay and Noordhoek - amongst others - is a must. |
