This unique beachfront complex Eden on the Bay is located on Bloubergstrand / Big Bay in Cape Town, which is renowned for endless white sandy beaches and spectacular views of Table Mountain and Robben Island.  CANCELLATIONS

Only written cancellations will be accepted; this must be signed by the person who made the
initial booking.
Non refundable deposit of 50% is forfeited if you cancel 3 months before check in and 80% for two weeks prior to check in and 100% for no show or early departure prior to the booking out date.

 BOOKING CONDITIONS

All rates are based per night for the self catering apartment.
There is no single supplement.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to
secure any bookings
Special long term rates of 14+ nights can be negotiated.
Balance payable before arrival.
R1 000 breakage deposit which will be refundable
if no damages
R150 check out cleaning fee.
Check in time 2pm and check out time 10am.
We regret strictly no pets.
