 Fair View offers an extensive open plan living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen which extends the length of the house, guest bathroom, study and 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, one en-suite. Fabulous double height vaulted ceilings, granite work surfaces, wooden floors, sunny north facing windows and with a wooden deck balcony off the Master Bedroom from which to enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the valley and mountains beyond.

Fair View comprises three elegantly furnished double bedrooms with full
en suite facilities in the Master Bedroom.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds (1 King/1 Queen) and one bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are individually furnished to the highest standard and fitted with
the finest quality embroidered cotton percale bed linen.
The living area is spacious and versatile with sliding doors that open from the dining room leading out onto a large covered sunny patio leading to the pool and braai area.

The patio and garden area is perfect for spending entire days, enjoying the mountain views, having alfresco lunches, sunbathing and relaxing in the calm peaceful atmosphere that is Franschhoek. The attractive garden is cooled by a 14 meter long lap pool with an outside braai/barbeque with all utensils, and a large covered entertainment veranda. The garden & pool are serviced weekly.

A utility room leads off the kitchen which is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Fair View has been tastefully furnished, and can be fully serviced on a daily or weekly basis if required.

A secure "off-street" parking two car garage leads into a secure courtyard.

All linen, bath and pool towels are provided as well as a hairdryer and a small safe.

The lounge/dining area comes equipped with Hi-Fi/CD Player with a versatile range of CDs.

 Franschhoek plays host to several cultural events throughout the year from which to enjoy such as Bastille Day (July) held annually to commemorate the association that the Franschhoek valley has with France through its Huguenot history, the Literary Festival (May), the Franschhoek Autumn (April) Classical Music Concert, as well as the Spring Festival of Classical Music (October).

Franschhoek is also a wonderful place to enjoy some of South Africa’s most luxurious award winning spas set against mountain backdrops and vineyards.
For the more active individual one can enjoy paragliding, horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, a game of Boulez, tennis, fly-fishing as well as golf on one of South Africa's premier new sporting developments surrounded by the Simonsberg and Drakenstein Mountains.
The wine routes of Stellenbosch and Paarl are just a 25-minute drive and whale watching can be done from the cliffs in Hermanus, approximately an hour and a half away from Franschhoek.

One can also enjoy and taste many of the valleys fine wines on offer on the local estates, as well as an opportunity to savour some of the locally produced goods on offer from cheeses to olive oils.
