This is an immaculate, two bedroom, two bathroom en-suite cottage locate in a quiet corner of the secure La Petite Provence private wine estate.

The views from the main terrace and swimming pool are stunning – looking out across the vineyards to the spectacular Drakenstein mountain range. Enjoy a poolside breakfast on the terrace as the early morning sun rises from behind the mountains.

There are two en-suite bedrooms with a choice of king size or twin beds. Double French doors from the bedrooms open onto the swimming pool terrace. The master bedroom has a wall mounted plasma screen television and DVD player.

The lounge – dining room is equipped with satellite TV, video and DVD players and has a log fireplace for the winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped, including Bosch dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All main rooms have ceiling fans.

Outside there are lovely mature front and rear gardens planted with colourful shrubs, including lavender bushes, white roses and bougainvillea. There are two sun terraces at the rear with a sparkling family size swimming pool, which is solar heated for those cooler months. The stoop at the front enjoys the evening sun and is an ideal spot to relax with a sundowner at the end of the day. There is off-street parking and a garage. The house is alarmed and there is 24 hour access controlled security to the estate.





The local wine estates produce some of South Africa’s finest wines (wines from La Petite Provence can be purchased from the clubhouse). Franschhoek has several of the best restaurants in South Africa – regarded as the ‘gourmet capital’ of
South Africa.


Outdoor activities include walking, horse riding,
mountain-biking and fly fishing for trout in the local dams.

In the village
Franschhoek is within easy reach of Cape Town (Airport
45 minutes) and lovely beaches along the coast.
