Both guest houses are beautifully furnished and offer 4 star quality and service and are a few houses apart. There are 5 rooms at the main house and 4 at the cottage. Both houses are centrally situated and an ideal business base for the discerning businessperson, holiday maker and sports spectator who is looking for more that just a hotel room. A 10 minute walk will get you to Newlands Rugby/Cricket /Soccer stadium, S.A. Sports Science Institute, Vineyard Hotel and Cavendish Centre. Kirstenbosch gardens, University of Cape Town and hospitals are a mere 10 minute drive. A 20-minute drive will get you to the Airport, City Centre, Cape Town International Convention Centre, golf courses,
wine farms, FIFA soccer stadium, major tourist attractions and
golden beaches.
