At Table Mountain Vista is a fully furnished apartment situated on the 10th floor of the well-known Blouberg Heights
building in the upmarket Bloubergstrand area. The apartment contains one bedroom with a double bed.
An additional sleeper couch in the living room provides room for two more people. Linen is provided.
The modern kitchen offers everything needed to prepare your favourite meals, including a fridge/freezer,
microwave oven, kettle, toaster, hob and oven. The living room has a TV with Mnet. Braai/barbeque as well as
laundry facilities are available on the premises. Security arrangements are of a very high standard with
strict access control at all times. This includes a safe, enclosed parking area on the ground level.

	Visit any one of the excellent restaurants in the area, for example, the popular Blue Peter, Café Blouberg, Ons Huisie, Primi Piatti or the News Cafe, to name only a few.
	The V&A Waterfront, the Two Oceans Aquarium and the city centre is only 20 - 30 minutes away and always brimming with events.
	There are several large shopping malls within 2 – 3 km to do your shopping and to see the latest movies.
	Watch the whales and dolphins from your window. Table Bay provides you with some of the Cape's finest whale watching as the migratory whales visit the Bay to mate and calve.
	Take a 7km walk or run along the seafront promenade.
	Visit the many beautiful Durbanville wine farms - 15 minutes away.
	Have fun at the Grand West Casino including a world class Ice Rink and lots to do for the kids - 20 minutes away.
	Visit the adjacent peaceful village of Melkbosstrand which is the gateway to the West Coast with its famous fauna and flowers in season.
	You may also visit the Koeberg Power Station, Nature Reserve and the West Coast Ostrich farm at nearby Philadelphia.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy as is follows:
Failure of the customer to arrive or cancellations made 0 - 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date
forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 15 - 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 29 or more days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation we will refund the applicable amount
within 4 working days.
