 The Annex offers luxury self catering accommodation for up to a single group of 4 persons in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Situated in Hout Bay Valley offering views of Table Mountain and the surrounding hills. Just 5 minutes drive from Hout Bay village, offering a wide variety of restaurants, shops, sandy beach, a bustling fishing harbour and the famous Chapman's Peak Cliff Drive.  Lounge - Kitchen - Dining Area: Open Plan The lounge is comfortable and includes satellite TV, Radio/CD unit and ceiling fan. The fitted kitchen is generously equipped, including a full gas oven hob, microwave and fridge freezer unit. Automatic Washing m/c. All cutlery and utensils are provided. Bedroom 1 A double room with king size bed, large wardrobe and ceiling fan. A small safe is fitted for the storage of personal valuables. Double doors open onto a covered private patio area. Bedroom 2 A twin room with en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. Double doors open onto a covered patio with valley views.
