The Rose Cottage forms part of a gracious Edwardian family home in the heart of Upper Claremont.
The Cottage features its own separate entrance from its private stoep/verandah, surrounded by lush plantings of lavender and roses. The Cottage is independent from the main house, ensuring guests’ privacy. Guests are provided with remote controlled access to secure parking in front of the cottage.
The Cottage is ideally suited for a couple, but it can sleep up to 3 people. It features a double bed with 100% cotton linen, a lounge area with remote controlled TV, M-net, a DVD player and a kitchenette with breakfast making facilities and a small fridge. The cottage further boasts a second bedroom with a dressing table, hairdryer, a cupboard and a single bed. The shower room and toilet is also en-suite. Guests have access to the delightful garden and large saltwater swimming pool. Smoking is outside only.
The Cottage is situated within close proximity to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, walking distance from Cavendish Square shopping mall and a 20 minute drive to the V&A Waterfront, City Centre and beaches.
