Terms & Conditions: Additional Guests 1 Bedroom Unit - Maximum 2 Adults and 1 Child 2 Bedroom Unit - Maximum 4 Adults 3 Bedroom Unit - Maximun 6 Adults No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation provided. Smoking Policy Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas for smoking. Transfers and other activities Concierge service to assist with transfers, day outings and any other requirements at no additional charge Payment Methods Internet transfers (EFT), credit card - Visa/Master/American Express, and cash are accepted. Banking details will be provided with the invoice for payment details. Payment Terms A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable prior/on arrival. Parking: Only one secure parking per unit is available for residents only. Sufficient street parking is available for additional vehicles or guests. Noise: We are surrounded by residential buildings and therefore no excessive noise is tolerated after 22h00. No parties are allowed Breakages: Any breakages will be for the client's account. A holding deposit will be placed on your Credit Card for this purpose. Child Policy Children of all ages are welcome. Please note that the guesthouse has a swimming pool and children under 16 must be under adult supervision. Rate Policies & Structure Please note that our rates are subject to change, without notice. Should you require rates in a foreign currency, kindly contact us for assistance. Cancellations Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 - 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 15 - 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or more a FREE cancellation. Early departure - no refund. A 10% handling fee is levied for costs involved in all cancellation refunds. This is calculated on the amount to be refunded not the reservation total due. Cleaning Policy We offer freshly cleaned linen and towels on arrival, and replace these on a weekly basis. We also provide daily general cleaning - Except Public holidays. Meals & Beverages 5 Camp Street Guesthouse is self - catering and therefore no meals or beverages are served or provided. We are happy to make arrangements to order meals in from nearby restaurants. Pool Policy The swimming pool is a communal area from 10am to 6pm daily (Full use to all the units). However the guests that have been allocated unit No. 4 will have full private use otherwise. Waiver Silver Solutions 3444 cc t/a 5 Camp Street Guesthouse & Self - Catering, and their staff accept no Liability whatsoever for any eventuality which may befall any person/s or their possessions whilst on our premises, engaging in any activity or en-route to / from our premises nor for any travel arrangements, tours, late arrivals or departures assisted with, or booked via Silver Solutions 3444 cc t/a 5 Camp Street Guesthouse & Self - Catering.
