We do have availability for your dates. Hibernian Towers 505 is our luxury apartment situated on the Golden Mile of the Strand. The apartment comprises four bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds) with two bathrooms. The main bedroom is en suite with a bath, shower, basin and toilet and the second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet. Sleeps 8 in total. The apartment is a fully furnished. Free WIFI, Smart TV with DSTV are included in the rate. Braai facilities are available on the large balcony and rooftop patio area. Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views from the living room and three of the four bedrooms. The building offers 24-hour security with access control. Two undercover secure parking bays. The apartment is not serviced during your stay. We are able to arrange cleaning services for you, kindly request it immediately as we have to arrange it with outside contractors. We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, the balance of payment is due 7 days prior to check in. A damage deposit of R2000 is payable with your final payment and we will refund it 7 days after departure, if no damage occurred. All payments for these bookings need to be made via direct bank deposit/credit card. We need a copy of your ID to verify when you check in. Our check in procedure will be emailed to you after the full payment is reflected in our bank account. This quote is subject to availability at the time of finalisation of this booking.
