The spacious accommodation consists of the whole of the ground floor of a double storey house on the border between St James and Kalk Bay. The home has a spectacular sea view and is within easy walking distance of the beach, two beautiful tidal pools, commuter trains, as well as art galleries and a variety of wonderful shops and restaurants.
You can enjoy whale watching in season from the patio, lovely walks along the beach and hikes up the contour paths on the mountains above St James and Kalk Bay.
Excellent security: an electronic security system with 24-hour armed response surveillance, and secure off-street parking for your car.
Two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two singles – and a bathroom with large shower and underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchenette and spacious open-plan lounge/dining room.
You can have dinners and sundowners on the large patio overlooking the sea, and there is also a private, sunny courtyard.
Cleaning Service by arrangment.
