Key Collection: Key Collection is at Bradclin House 20 Margaret Avenue, Pinelands Key Safe Code (for the apartment) is available if all documentation is provided 48 hrs. prior to arrival SERVICING: The unit is serviced before check-in This unit is serviced once per week for stays of 7 nights or more. Extra servicing will incur an additional cost Please Note: All "Special or Discounted Rates" are Non-Refundable All SA School Holiday bookings are Non-Refundable 100% Pre-Payment is required on all bookings Check-in from 14.00 hrs - 18.00 hrs only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Late Check-in as we do not have 24 hr Reception Should you require a very early check-in, please book the previous night. Alternatively, check with us the day before your arrival if early check-in is possible. Late Check-out - Unfortunately, we cannot assist later than 10.00 hrs on check-out day. Breakage/Damage Deposit: The amount will be advised if required Extra Cleaning Charge: Please leave the unit in good condition - excess cleaning/stained linen etc will incur an extra charge.
