Please Note: All "Special or Discounted Rates" are Non-Refundable All SA School Holiday bookings are Non-Refundable 100% Pre-Payment required on all bookings Check-in from 14.00 hrs - 18.00 hrs only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Late Check-in's as we do not have 24 hr Reception Should you require very early check-in, please book the previous night. Alternatively, check with us the day before your arrival if early check-in is possible. Late Check-out - Unfortunately, we cannot assist later than 10.00 hrs on check-out day. Breakage/Damage Deposit: Amount will be advised if required Extra Cleaning Charge: Please leave the unit in good condition - excess cleaning/stained linen etc will incur an extra charge. Cancellation Terms: No Refunds on Discounted Rates No Refunds during Peak Season, School Holidays, Easter, Special Events No Refunds once guest has checked in Bank Charges incurred on Credit Card Refunds will be charged for.
