What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R1000 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

Calypso Mansion 8 persons:

Situated in the residential area of Calypso Beach in Langebaan, Calypso Mansion has 4 bedrooms, a patio with a built-in barbecue and exceptional sea views. The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and 2 of them are en-suite while the other bedrooms share one.

Calypso Flat:

This is a self-catering, 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen, sitting area and bathroom with a bath and shower.

Standard reservations policies: *Standard Arrival Time: 14h00-19h30, Standard Departure Time: 11h00. *Please put requests for alternative arrival or departure times in writing. *Provisional Reservations: Please note that unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a provisional reservation for longer than 48 hours. Confirmed Reservations: To secure a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff, unless it is 30 days or less prior to arrival, then 100% is payable. Cheque Payments: We regret that we do not accept cheques. Guest number: Should the number of guests upon arrival at the guesthouses exceed the original arrangement, the original quote will not apply and the tariffs would be amended accordingly. Should the guests be less than arranged, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Pets: Please note that neither of our guesthouses allows pets, arrangements can be made to accommodate pets at the nearby kennels. *Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in. *Credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
