Constantia Lazy River, comprises of four self-contained units:

Two studio’s, open plan with en suite showers (Pheasant Nest and Frogg’s Leap), one two bedroom cottage with separate kitchen/living room, one twin room and one double room both en suite, one with full bathroom and one with shower only (Arum Cottage) and a two bedroom apartment with two double rooms both with en suite showers, a separate living area/kitchen/dining area, private veranda overlooking the garden, the pool and mountain, Willow Suite. Arum cottage and frog’s Leap can be let together to form a three-bedroom option with inter leading doors between them.

Willow Suite:
Breathtaking views of the pool, mountain, garden and river, private veranda, open plan kitchen, lounge dinning area with enclosed fireplace, spacious main bedroom with kingsize bed en suite with shower, second bedroom with double bed and en suite shower.  One parking bay inside premises, portable barbecue.

Arum Cottage:
A two bedroom cottage, one bedroom with Queen size bed and one bedroom with twin beds, both en suite one with shower and bath and one with shower only, separate living area/lounge kitchen, private outside area with portable barbecue and outside shower. Parking for one car for this unit inside premises. This unit can be combined with frog’s leap studio to make a three bedroom/three bathroom option. Safe, hairdryers.

Frogg’s Leap Studio:
Open plan unit with private entrance, private outside area with portable barbecue, kingsize bed, fully self catering, dinning area, lounge and bedroom all open plan with shower en suite. This unit can be combined with two bedroom cottage for a three bedroom option if needed. Parking for one car, hairdryer, safe. This unit has partial battery back, in the event of load shedding the lights TV and internet will be on.

Pheasants Nest Studio:
This is an open plan unit with full self catering facilities, dinning area, lounge and bedroom all open plan with shower en suite. Parking for one car inside premises.Private outside area with portable barbecue. Double pull out Bed/couch for small kids.

All units have wifi, barbecue, safe, hairdryers, use of pool and main garden, parking bay for one car per unit, private entrances, fully self catering, serviced, flat screen TV with OVHD ( free channels), family package DSTV, Netflix, alarm system, battery back up with inverters and solar power.
