What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R500 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

Crystal Lagoon Lodge radiates 5-star romance in the most idyllic beachfront setting atop a fynbos-sheltered dune. A few meters from the ocean’s edge, jaw-dropping views can be enjoyed almost throughout the lodge, capitalising on its striking and unusual architectural lines.

2 Honeymoon beachfront suites and 4 Deluxe beachfront suites, each with private balconies. Semi-open plan bathrooms.
Large floor to ceiling windows allows for a complete sea-experience. Breakfast area & lounge on the first floor, with guest suites on the second and third floors.
Room facilities: DSTV, Bar fridges, Safe, Hairdryer and Coffee and tea making facilities.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.

Standard reservations policies: Confirmed Reservations: To secure a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff. Bank deposit reference: Use your arrival date and surname as reference: Arr 22 Oct Surname. Standard Arrival Time: 14h00-20h00 + Standard Departure Time: 11h00 Please put requests for alternative arrival or departure times in writing. Provisional Reservations: Please note that unfortunately we cannot guarantee a provisional reservation for longer than 48 hours. Cheque Payments: We regret that we do not accept cheques. Guest number: Should the number of guests upon arrival at the lodge exceed the original arrangement, the original quote will not apply and the tariffs would be amended accordingly. Should the guests be less than arranged, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Pets: Although we do not allow any pets, arrangements can be made to accommodate pets at the nearby kennels.
