• If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.

Standard reservations policies: Confirmed Reservations: To secure a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff. Bank deposit reference: Use your arrival date and surname as reference: Arr 22 Oct Surname. Standard Arrival Time: 14h00-20h00 + Standard Departure Time: 11h00 Please put requests for alternative arrival or departure times in writing. Provisional Reservations: Please note that unfortunately we cannot guarantee a provisional reservation for longer than 48 hours. Cheque Payments: We regret that we do not accept cheques. Guest number: Should the number of guests upon arrival at the lodge exceed the original arrangement, the original quote will not apply and the tariffs would be amended accordingly. Should the guests be less than arranged, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Pets: Although we do not allow any pets, arrangements can be made to accommodate pets at the nearby kennels.
