Full width and height wooden Venetian sliding doors divide this area from the large air-conditioned ground floor master bedroom. The built-in cupboards hide steps leading you to the en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

Open slatted stairs take you to the bright second air-conditioned lounge area. Again full width and height wooden Venetian sliding doors divide this area from the large second bedroom. The built-in cupboards hide steps leading you to the en-suite bathroom with again shower and bath.

At the opposite end of this floor, the lounge opens onto a small balcony with a built-in Braai/BBQ and a large plunge pool where you can sit and enjoy the city views. At the front of the property, and across the public pavement, there is a small garden and picnic bench.
