• If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Booking conditions: All bookings 100% of total booking cost must be paid to secure booking. *Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in. *Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. Management reserves the right to amend rates and make changes as and when deemed necessary. All extras e.g. beverages, laundry etc. are to be paid on the day of departure Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:45. Check in from 15:00 and check out at 10:30. Any check in after 18:00 must be arranged with Management, Sarie Exton on 064 793 8469, email: stay@escapetothebeach.co.za. Conditions of stay or visit: Any person who enters upon the property of Escape to the Beach (Pty) Ltd (hereafter ETTB), or who uses Escape to the Beach equipment and/ or facilities, or who participates in any activities upon Escape to the Beach’s property, does so entirely at their own risk.  Every such person hereby indemnifies and holds Escape to the Beach and its directors/ owners and any other person in respect of whom Escape to the Beach may have vicarious liability, harmless against any loss suffered either directly or indirectly from personal injury harm, including death, COVID-19/CORONA VIRUS and any property of such person, howsoever caused, including through negligence.  The indemnifier shall inspect all equipment and ascertain whether it is suitable for the intended use and shall be responsible for the cost to replace or repair any facilities or equipment damaged by him or her. No guest will be permitted onto the premises unless full and final payment has been made. Accommodation is provided on a prepaid basis and therefore the account must be settled on arrival, unless otherwise arranged and documented.  Should the latter apply, management’s signature on your account acknowledging acceptance thereof will be required. The guest acknowledges that all quotations on services and/or prices are subject to change.  In the event of a wrong service and/ or price quotation, Escape to the Beach will decline the guest’s application for the service(s) and/or product(s) in writing and submit a duly updated application form for the client’s approval detailing the correct services and/or pricing. Any breakages, loss of items in the suite such as remotes (including TV remotes), keys, pool/ beach towels, hairdryers and other equipment/ crockery and glassware will be charged on day of departure of the guest.  A housekeeping fee of R250,00 will be charged in cases where the suite is deemed to have been left in an unacceptable state. According to the Immigration Amendment Act 2004, a positive personal identification will be required at the time of making your booking and/or upon check-in.  A valid Passport or an ID document will be acceptable. Payments: Cheque payments are NOT accepted. Only Visa or Master Card or EFT or Cash accepted. I am aware that right of admission is reserved.  Escape to the Beach reserves the right to cancel any booking, or terminate any stay at management’s discretion. NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN SUITES, BALCONIES OR PUBLIC AREAS. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12. Bar: Escape to the Beach does not have a liquor licence and therefore NO ALCOHOL may be sold to guests.  We do however provide a complimentary bottle of wine in each room as well as one complimentary drink.  Guests may bring their own alcoholic refreshments and consume same on the property. Covid-19 protocols: We follow strict regulatory Covid-19 protocols and therefore our guests will be required to complete a short health questionnaire, have their temperature checked daily, wash/ sanitise their hands, wear a face mask and practice social distancing. I have read, and agreed to abide by the conditions of stay.
