Fair View offers an extensive open plan living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen which extends the length of the house, guest bathroom, study and 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, one en-suite. Fabulous double height vaulted ceilings, granite work surfaces, wooden floors, sunny north facing windows and with a wooden deck balcony off the Master Bedroom from which to enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the valley and mountains beyond.
Comprising of three elegantly furnished double bedrooms with full en-suite facilities in the Master Bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (1 King/1 Queen) and one bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are individually furnished to the highest standard and fitted with the finest quality embroidered cotton percale bed linen.
