- • Should you wish to postpone your original booking, this must be done within 30 days prior to the date of your reservation. This must include your new preferred date. There are no fees to change your booking outside the 7 day period. • Only written cancellations will be accepted; please ensure you receive an acknowledgement of cancellation from reservations. • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival – free cancellation • Cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of full rate. • Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival - 100% of full rate

• Check-in time is between 14:00 & 18:00 (if later please make prior arrangements). • All late arrivals must be phoned through to the Resort. • Check out time is at 10:00 to allow us to prepare the rooms for guests arriving later in the day. If you require a late check out please discuss this with the reservations or the manager on duty. Children Policy: • Children U/12: stay free with parents in the room (pay for meals) • Children 12 & over: staying in parents room pay 50% sharing rate • Should a request be made for a separate room for older children, they will be charged at the normal adult rate. • Children are to be supervised by their parents at all times. There will be Nanny services available on request. Payment Policy: • 50% Deposit required within 3 days of booking and proforma invoice received. • Full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid automatic cancellation. • Any discrepancies on the confirmation/pro forma invoice must be addressed at the time of booking.
