Well done, you have booked this lovely self catering holiday house. This is a self-catering holiday home, we suggest that you buy your favourite beverage, treats, groceries and toiletries prior to arrival . In order to protect our business the following policies need to be strictly adhered to. We encourage our guests to enjoy themselves, but if the noise becomes a nuisance, you will be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Please note that if your intention is to throw a party/ teambuilding/bachelor party/any other parties at our property it would be advisable not to book this property. If you have any questions regarding the property you are more than welcome to email us. Please note that all the properties does have an Exit Cleaning ans well as a Refundable key breakage which must be paid prior to arrival. You will receive a pro-forma invoice with detailed billing. Legal Responsibility: The guest accepting responsibility for the property is responsible for the following: 1) In a personal capacity, for any losses breakages or damages occurring to the property or the contents thereof during the rental period. Breakage deposit refund: Right of admission to this property is reserved. Should In Touch (the manager) find any guest behaving in an inappropriate manner, all guests will be instructed to leave the property immediately, without a warning. In such a case, no payments will be refunded. The following is considered as inappropriate behavior: 1) Excessive noise and/or loud music at any time of the day or night. If neighbors can hear a noise and/or loud music, it is regarded as excessive. 2) If, at any time, there are more guests on the property than agreed to. 3) Activities like team building an partying on the property. 4) Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the manager. No pets are allowed on the property, except by special arrangement for guide dogs to aid handicapped or visually impaired guests. No items may be removed from the property. Please note that guests’ property is not insured during break-in. The owner or manager does not take any responsibility for any damages or loss of property that may occur during the stay. The person signing this agreement takes responsibility to always ensure that the house is locked and secure. Breakage deposit: The breakage deposit is normally refunded with 14 days after departure. The following will affect the refund: 1) If there are any traces, signs or smells indicating that any guest was smoking in the property, the total deposit will be forfeited. 2) If the manager becomes aware of any inappropriate behavior. 3) If an item is missing, broken or damages at the time of departure, the replacement value will be deducted from the deposit. 4) If there are stains on the linen, the linen will be replaced and the replacement value will be deducted from the deposit. 5) Any costs incurred to restore the property to its original state will be deducted from the deposit. Check-in time and departure time: As indicated on this site, please note that if check-in is later than 19h00 there will be a additional charge of R250 per hour. Refundable key breakage deposit and exit cleaning and linen fee is not included in the accommodation rate.
