Deposit policy: Payment: When requesting a reservation, the reservation is considered confirmed only after a 50% deposit or a guarantee by credit card. If we do not receive your payment immediately, we will consider the booking as not confirmed and therefor cancel it. We accept payments by EFT, Visa, Master card, and cash. Deposit Policy: Should you not stay the amount of nights booked as per your booking, no refund shall be done. The same applies to no-show – no refund shall be done and full amount will be charged to your preferred payment option. The 50% deposit is regarded as an irrevocable down payment to secure your booking as "Lady Loch Hotel/Country House" offers a random date booking possibility via an online service, you allow us to take a 100% deposit charge on your credit card of the total amount and this is regarded as an "irrevocable down payment" to secure the room or apartment for you as desired. Full payment 1 month before arrival is required in the case of bookings booked 1month and more in advance. Check-in time as from 14.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs. Check-in after 18:00 hrs must be arranged with management. When arriving at our gate - please do not drive in if the gate is open - please phone the number on the gate or number on your reservation confirmation so that we as the guesthouse know that you have arrived. Check-out time from 07.30 hrs up to 10:30 hrs. Late check-outs by only by pre-arrangement with management. Nevertheless we regret that the owners, management, servants and agents hereby stipulate that they are unable to accept liability or responsibility for any injury loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence or from any other cause of whatever nature, which is suffered by any person who enters the premises or by the dependants or principals of such person, and it is hereby recorded that entry occurs absolutely at own risk and that the owners, management, servants and agents are released from and indemnified against any and all claims of whatever nature, unless the occurrence of such claim can be attributed to any circumstances within owners, management, servants and agents reasonable control. Children are welcome only when pre-arrangemed with the hotel. No Pets. When there is 1 adult with 1 child the room rate is charged as two adults sharing. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. We will specifically not accept any responsibility about loss of property: injury or death if the pool is used in any way in contravention of these rules. A copy of these rules can be found at the pool area. * please ensure that your valuables are not left unattended as we will not accept liability with regards to the disappearance or damage of valuable items of any guests or visitor, unless such disappearance or damage has regard to any situation within the business's reasonable control. Credit voucher only applicable if the booking has not already been cancelled; it is not transferrable and can only be used once.
